These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders through www.vaiva.co.uk. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering products from vaiva.co.uk. By ordering our products, you indicate that you consent to the conditions below and state that you are competent to enter into legally-binding contracts and are at least 18 years old. We accept a number of secure and convenient payment methods:

Payments by card are secure and safe. You are fully covered in the event of misuse in an internet transaction using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Your credit card details are sent via an encrypted (SSL) connection and can only be read by EPAY Denmark (our payment provider). Neither Vaiva.co.uk nor any other 3rd party can read this data.
You will not be deducted for an amount in excess of that which approved upon completion of your purchase. Payment is only taken from your card after the goods are dispatched
All prices on www.vaiva.co.uk include VAT.
All of the products displayed on this website is in stock and will be dispatched from www.vaiva.co.uk within 1-2 working days. The expected delivery time is 2-7 working days and the shipping is £1.95. Please note that Vaiva.co.uk delivers to the United Kingdom mainland as well as Ireland. Vaiva.co.uk is responsible for purchased products until they have been delivered.

HOW TO PURCHASE
To purchase from Vaiva.co.uk it is mandatory to become a member. Once you have successfully completed your first order, you will be automatically enrolled in the FREE 10 days trial of Vaiva.co.uk membership. After your FREE 10 days trial membership expires, you'll be automatically enrolled in the payment plan (£19.95/month) unless you choose to end your membership. When your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Your email address, which you have indicated during the checkout of your first order, is your membership identification. If you are already a member of Vaiva and would like to place another order, you don’t have to log in, please, indicate the same email address as in your first order during the checkout. We offer a 2 year warranty on all goods. This covers manufacturing defects discovered within 2 years of purchase, providing that there has been no misuse, or lack of maintenance of the jewellery. This does not cover normal wear and tear. Customers who rightfully return goods under warranty will be refunded their postage and packing costs.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNING POLICY
Vaiva.co.uk offers a cancellation policy of 90 days (the standard, legally endorsed policy is 14 days). This period is valid from the day you receive delivery of your purchased goods. If you wish to return one or more purchased products, let us know via via email: email@example.com (we reply within 24 hours on weekdays.)
If you wish to return your order, please do so without undue delay (14 days at the latest after notifying us of your decision to return your purchase). You are required to cover any expenses related to returned products. Goods must be in the same condition that you received them and it is your responsibility to make sure that any products that are to be returned are securely packed.
REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE
If you cancel your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the money you paid us. In case of depreciation related to improper product use or carelessness, the purchase price is subtracted. If you exercise your cancellation right, we refund all payments received, including any prepaid delivery expenses. However, additional expenses resulting from your own choice of delivery methods that differ from the cheapest standard delivery option that we offer, are not refunded. Payment is made without undue delay and under all circumstances, 14 days at the latest from the date on which we receive notice of your decision to cancel your purchase. Refunds are issued in the same format as the original payment method. We reserve the right to withhold your refund until we have received the products that are to be returned, unless you can provide proper documentation to this effect.

In order to expedite the return process, please include a copy of your order confirmation in addition to the product(s) that you are returning. If you no longer have your order confirmation, you may also include the email address used when placing the order or the order number itself.
On any communication with Vaiva.co.uk please state your name, and the order number as written on your confirmation.

TREATMENT BASIS AND PURPOSE
We collect your contact information, such as name and address to deliver the product you have purchased from us. We will use your email address to send you an order confirmation. When you pay for your product, we collect your name, your card data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and saved only for payment settlement and fulfillment of the agreement you have entered into.
If you have given your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your e-mail address to send you newsletters. You can subscribe to the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If processing of personal data is based on your consent, you are entitled to revoke the consent at any time. If you do not want to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Your information (except your e-mail address, if you have consented to processing it for receipt of offers) will be deleted 12 months after you have received your purchase.

If you have ordered delivery, the details of your name, address, phone number and e-mail address will be delivered to our freight company - Post Nord for delivery of your purchases.

We have entered into data processing agreement with our data servers, which is our guarantee that they comply with the applicable rules for the protection of your personal data.
